OCDC works for the organization of survival, orientation and self-defense clubs, as well as Practical Lectures and Workshops, which promote and organize training and activities in order to improve the survival skills of the participants:
Each topic is taught by experts with accumulated practical experience and real-world knowledge. The events are adjusted according to the age of the participants – from 12-13-year-old to youth and adults.
We grow, get educated and work in an urban environment, far from nature. Our general culture is reduced to extremely superficial or even no basic knowledge and skills related to our survival in real conditions where access to electricity, internet, drinking water and food can be limited, not to mention the cases in which the environment can be hostile. OCDC develops and offers, through its volunteers and experts, a variety of events – one-off, serial or long-lasting in order to increase our missing common culture. Even a single visit to our self-defense event can greatly improve the lack of basic general culture, and from there affect the interests of the participant and change its own habits. For more than 20 years we have been gaining experience in the fields of formal and informal education, teaching and sharing – out in nature, in the conference room, in class, on an excursion or an organized event in the park – if you invite us, we will do our best to share our knowledge and experience in an interesting and exciting way.
