Objectives and goals

To create, develop and maintain clubs in sports shooting, parachuting, sports orientation, survival and emergency aid in field conditions, etc., clubs in applied technical disciplines (radio telegraphy, radio orientation, rocket modeling, ship modeling, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, Unmanned Aerial Systems etc.) for the protection of the civilian population, the material and cultural values ​​of Bulgaria;

To attract and unite in its organizational forms physical and legal persons who share and work to achieve the goals of the organization;

To create a creative environment for preserving and developing the abilities of its members;

To assist in the preparation of the population for protection in the event of disasters, accidents, terrorist attacks, etc. against the country;

To support the moral virtues, for the material and spiritual progress of the country;

To work for the civic and patriotic upbringing of adolescents by stimulating their physical, mental and intellectual improvement;

To interact with ministries, agencies and other state and municipal bodies, public and business organizations and companies, creating a broad public asset.

To assist in maintaining close relationships between related organizations from NATO member countries in the field of national and international security;

To help the development and affirmation of universal human spiritual values;

To develop innovative activities to ensure favorable conditions for sustainable agriculture;

To carry out close cooperation with state, municipal and public organizations to carry out activities related to agriculture, plant protection and meteorology, including through the use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles and systems;

To support the introduction of mandatory training and certification of the acquired knowledge and skills related to radio telegraphy, radio orientation, rocket modeling, ship modeling, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles and systems, etc.;

To organize professional training or other training in various fields, to solve certain tasks important to society;

To support the development of innovations and innovative solutions in the industrial sector, energy, etc. country sensitive activities.

Develops and adopts projects, plans and long-term programs for popularizing, spreading and developing the activities of the organization;

Prepares, approves and distributes in places the main organizational and methodical documentation related to the organization’s activity /programs, regulations, instructions, bulletins, etc./;

Assists, supports and organizes the development of applied scientific activity such as conducting specialized research, exchange and dissemination of scientific information, publication of scientific literature, periodicals, informational, analytical and other materials in connection with the achievement of its main goals;

Experiments, organizes and introduces models for the application of specialized skills and knowledge in various areas of public practice;

Conducts qualification and retraining courses, conducts training and preparation for adolescents;

Organizes and implements events such as holidays, reviews, contests, sports-applied competitions, tournaments, etc.;

Organizes and participates and actively supports the development of international cooperation related to the goals of the organization and assists in the participation of its members in international events and forums;

Organizes and conducts events of an auxiliary and service nature, helping to achieve the main goals of the organization;

Establishes regional organizations of the Association. Issues individual identification membership cards to members of the organization with the right to access certain rights and services of the Association;

Creates a scientific and methodical council to the organization of experts to participate in the development of state educational standards, current curricula and programs related to the objectives of the Association and complying with the current legislation.

Assists state institutions struggling to achieve goals that are similar to those of the Association, including the protection and defense of infrastructure, energy and water resources, borders, etc. that are sensitive to the country.
